PEEP Program (previously known as SWAPP Select)

The Defence's PEEP (Partner Education & Employment) Program provides education and employment initiatives to help the partners of ADF members prepare for and access the workforce in their new posting.

Help Recruit can assist PEEP program participants with one or all of the following PEEP program initiatives.

  • Career transition assessment and advice
  • Application and selection criteria preparation
  • Job search techniques and strategies
  • Preparation and presentation for interview
  • Identifying job / training options
• Identification & Referral to Specialist Training to enhance participants' prospects of gaining immediate employment
